The client required seamless integration of staging, audio-visual systems, lighting design, and live content delivery, with zero tolerance for technical disruption. Multiple environments had to operate simultaneously, each with its own production requirements. Coordination across suppliers, technicians, and on-site teams was critical, with limited setup time and high stakeholder visibility increasing pressure on delivery.
Approach
Ann Savva Group led the full production lifecycle, from pre-event technical planning through to on-site execution. Detailed run sheets, production timelines, and technical specifications were developed to align all stakeholders. Installation and testing phases were tightly managed to mitigate risk and ensure system reliability.
On-site, a central production control structure was implemented to oversee all live elements, allowing for real-time coordination between stage management, AV teams, and event operations.
